Shred - This intense class is based on HIIT (high intensity interval training) and it delivers! Designed to increase your cardio fitness and help you create lean muscle mass and blast fat! Zumba Kids - This is a class we are very pumped about! For ages 3 and up, kids have a blast, stay focused and get fit. This is a 30-minute class where instructors use easy-to-follow moves and lively music to get optimal results. Come on kids... get moving!
Turbo Kick - A combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy music. The ultimate cardio challenge that's a unique blend of intense strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool-down. No previous kickboxing experience required.
Body Pump - The original barbell class the strengthens your entire body! This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. This format will shape and tone the muscles, increase bone density, burn calories and increase metabolism.
Body Flow - What an incredible format! Body Flow is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you centered and calm. Cardio Dance - Instructor Mo has been coined a "Drill sergeant with a smile!" High-powered cardio dance moves are combined with a toning section for the core and glutes! PiYo - This unique class is a combination of both Yoga and Pilates. PiYo allows you to move at tempo from one pose to another. Some exercises are performed while seated, and some while standing. All levels are welcome. Energy, power and rhythm!
HardCore - This 30-minute class focuses on the muscles in the abdominal and back area. Designed to help you develop strength and power by performing core-based movements. Safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels! A "do not miss" class!
Boot Camp - Studio 57 Boot Camps are well known throughout West Texas! They are six-week sessions and we have four time slots available: 6:30am, 9:00am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Studio 57 Boot Camps are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they would push themselves, thus they resemble a military boot camp! Each one-hour session is a circuit-style workout that toggles between cardio, muscle building, flexibility, agility drills and even fun games. Done in six-week sessions with small groups. Must sign up in advance.
